Ken Kaplan

Ken has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of corporate transactions and has managed more than 1000 business transactions for private and public companies throughout the United States and internationally. He routinely serves as lead counsel on complex acquisition, financing, and transactional matters.

Prior to his association with Farber LLC, Ken has been a partner at several well-known law firms including Norris McLaughlin and has served as senior counsel at Lowenstein Sandler. Mr. Kaplan also has extensive experience working as in house counsel for corporations, including serving as General Counsel for Net2Phone Cable Telephony.

Mr. Kaplan earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from New York University. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
