Jacqueline’s practice covers all aspects of patent law including patent preparation and prosecution, as well as, patentability, freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and validity reviews, and due diligences.  Jacqueline has assisted start-ups and Fortune 500 companies to develop extensive patent portfolios - both domestically and internationally. Ms. Nguyen has patent experience in various fields including medical devices, life sciences, industrial materials, and mechanical and consumer products.  

Ms. Nguyen has been recognized by Best Lawyers as “Ones to Watch in America” for Intellectual Property Law in 2026. Jacqueline is on the Board of Directors for the Association of Intellectual Property Firms (AIPF) and is the treasurer of the Vietnamese American Bar Association, D.C. Chapter.

Jacqueline received her Juris Doctorate from the George Mason University School of Law and her B.S. in Biology from Marymount University. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Ms. Nguyen is on the Board of Directors for the Association of Intellectual Property Firms (AIPF) and is the treasurer of the Vietnamese American Bar Association, D.C. Chapter.
